Job Summary:
The Appointment Setter is responsible for contacting potential clients who have completed the Tax Investigation (TI) process and scheduling qualified appointments for the 2nd Trade team. This role ensures a steady flow of well-timed meetings to maximize client conversion rates. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Engage with potential clients who qualify for resolution services and schedule appointments with 2nd Traders.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments to optimize the 2nd Trade team’s calendar.
- Lead Nurturing: Address initial client concerns, provide reassurance, and encourage commitment to the resolution process.
- CRM Management: Accurately log interactions, update statuses, and manage scheduling within Salesforce (or the CRM used at ITR).
- Follow-Ups: Reconnect with clients who missed appointments or requested a reschedule.
- Collaboration: Work closely with SDRs and 2nd Traders to ensure a seamless handoff of scheduled appointments.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain KPIs related to contact rates, appointment set rates, and appointment show rates.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 1+ years in an appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales role (preferably in financial services or tax relief).
- Communication: Strong verbal skills with the ability to build rapport and handle objections confidently.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple schedules, follow up effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM systems.
- Sales Mindset: Persuasive and proactive in engaging with potential clients.
- Goal-Oriented: Thrives in a performance-driven environment with clear targets.
