The Sales Development II Coach plays a critical role in driving performance,
accountability, and team consistency within the SDR II department. This individual works closely with the Head of SDR II Operations to ensure team members execute at a high level through structured coaching, KPI tracking, and behavioral reinforcement.
SDR II Coach leverages performance data, activity metrics, and established
departmental frameworks to identify gaps, hold team members accountable, and
maintain a culture of discipline, urgency, and motivation.
