Position Summary:

The Sales Development I Coach leads the daily performance and development of SDR I agents, ensuring consistent execution of strategy, high engagement, and strong sales results. This individual plays a critical role in coaching, monitoring KPIs, and driving accountability to maximize productivity.
As a Sales Development Representative I (SDR I), you’re the first voice potential clients hear. Your mission is to connect with leads over the phone, build rapport quickly, ask the right questions, and determine if they’re a match for our services. You’ll represent our values with professionalism, energy, and respect in every call.
