Innovative Tax Relief (ITR) is a growing U.S.-based tax resolution firm with offices in West Palm Beach, Florida, and Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic. We help individuals and businesses navigate their IRS tax challenges through tax investigation, resolution, IRS representation, tax preparation, bookkeeping, and tax planning.

Position Summary:

As a Sales Development Representative I (SDR I), you’ll be one of the first points of contact between ITR and potential clients. You’ll connect with leads, ask effective discovery questions, and identify prospects who may qualify for our services.

This is a high-volume, performance-driven role that requires consistency, resilience, and strong communication. If you’re someone who takes ownership, stays focused when things get challenging, and is motivated by measurable results, this role could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct approximately 500 outbound calls per day to connect with leads and generate interest in our services.
Ask effective discovery questions and identify qualified prospects.
Clearly communicate the purpose of the call and next steps.
Accurately document call outcomes and lead information in our systems.
Meet activity, performance, and quality expectations.
Follow established processes and apply coaching and feedback.
Collaborate with the team to improve call quality and conversion rates.
Take ownership of assigned leads and follow through on required actions.

What You Bring:

At least 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or another customer-facing role.
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Strong verbal communication and phone skills.
Fast and accurate typing.
Comfortable using CRMs, dialers, and digital tools.
Confident, proactive, and coachable.
Strong sense of accountability, reliability, and ownership.
Resilient and comfortable working toward measurable goals.
Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
